Completed in 2015, major alterations and additions were undertaken and completed to this 1970’s residence which was once two semi attached properties and now consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a study, a rumpus room and a pool. A very high level of finish was required on this project with all joinery being constructed out of imported veneer that was custom pressed, stained and finished to the highest level of gloss achievable. All bathroom walls and floors were clad with large hand selected slabs of Thassos granite including the bespoke steam room/shower. Other works include fully ducted air conditioning, external tiling of hand painted Mediterranean concrete tiles, creating new internal access to the garage, various new windows and doors throughout including raising all internal doors to 2.4m, installing a very high end designer kitchen with walk in pantry and landscaping works throughout.
