Completed in 2016, this project included renovation works to a large whole floor apartment directly overlooking Elizabeth Bay. The works included the removal of a wall, prep and installation of lime washed oak floating floors, new ceilings, new electrical fit out, fully ducted A/C and a fully optioned Kitchen and Laundry. As the apartment was the sub penthouse of a tall building, access and delivery of large materials had to be carefully considered and co-ordinated to accommodate the new design. As when working on all apartments noise also had to be carefully monitored and controlled within limited working hours. During the works we uncovered and treated some concrete cancer created due to the existing magnesite floor topping which we completely removed prior to levelling the concrete substrate and installing the new floor.
