Winning the Master Builders Award in 2011 for roof & attic conversions $200,000 and over, this project also included the total renovation and extension to a majestic waterfront property on a sloping site. The project consisted mainly of large structural works, rock excavation, grand staircases, steel framed window and doors, pergolas, recycled tallowwood floors, polished concrete, dormer windows, tiled and shingle roofs, soft & hard landscaping, large underpinning works and extensive marble and sandstone works. Previously a modest two storey three bedroom home was left as an expansive four storey home with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two living spaces, dining room, laundry, kitchenette and new fully landscaped external areas including a new swimming pool.
