Completed in 2016, a variety of works were carried out to this Tuscan inspired two storey residence. The first part of the works included the removal of walls to open up the kitchen/living areas to install a large bespoke hand painted designer kitchen, to clad the majority of the exterior walls with sandstone, to prepare and repave the front patios and foot paths in sandstone. The second part of the project was to renovate the main entry and install a large ornate timber front door, to prepare and re-tile the complete interior floor of the house, to remove and construct a few new walls upstairs, construct and install large sliding barn doors to the Master bedroom, create a large rustic timber walk in wardrobe and to renovate the main bathroom to suit the remainder of the residence.
